Zombie Attack (It's inevitable)

So, the Zombie Apocolypse is coming. At some point. And we need to be ready. Provisions are good, but weaponry is a must. (There are many books and websites that you can read if you want more information.)

You must be able to carry your weapon(s) of choice, plus a way to maintain their upkeep. If you have a gun, you need ammo, and a way to fix it if it gets jammed.

A bladed weapon will require sharpening if it is constantly going into bones. It could also break and/or get stuck.

A blunt weapon e.g. a club, needs to be heavy so that more weight can put into the swing/throw.

Explosives are good if you are holding fort, but when traveling they need to be safe and secure.

Fire, ah the great fire. Good for setting a boundry, bad if it isn’t hot enough, if it’s raining, or if you have no fuel left. Very dodgy and dangerous.

You may want to consider teaming up with a couple of friends, not too many as you need to be able to survive on what little food you can find. In this way you can also broaden your spectrum of weaponry.

Note: skill is required to use most weapons.

Another note: keep a separate knife for cutting food and stabbing zombies, it’s just icky otherwise.

Good luck with your Zombie Survival, I’m off to my boyfriends to get him to kill the zombies for me.

P.S. If you see bodies slowly walking, dragging a leg, stiff movements and hear moaning at 9am, it’s just hungover students trying to get to their educaton. :)

You’ve heard of Hellboy? URCS is like the English version of the company that Hellboy works for (Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defence)This is the 3rd series of URCS (Unknown Response Combat Squad) a team of highly skilled soldiers, doctors, hackers and just about anyone that is needed. We have a half human half cyborg called Marco, a half werewolf half human called Malfice, a vegetarian Vampire called Heto, and these are just a few of the many unique characters that can role-play with you!

I highly recommend joining and writing. Can’t write? There are tutorials! Confused? The friendly team of administrators are more than happy to help. Think you can’t do it? Don’t worry, everyone starts off somewhere, you will improve and have fun and make lots of new friends. :)

We go on missions to recover relics, capture mystical creatures, rescue people and fight for survival. Doesn’t seem like your cup of tea? Not to worry, we have biscuits too! Your character can be anything you want him or her to be, just not all powerful because that doesn’t give anyone a fair chance.

Let me explain more to you. I have two female characters, one called Anya Stroud, the other called Zoey Clearwater. Anya is a hacker who is needed on most of the missions because of her high skills in computer technology. Zoey survived a Zombie attack on her town and is proficient in the use of a shotgun at any range.

To quote from the background of URCS: “There are things in this world that we are not meant to see. Things that could turn the worlds beliefs upside down. We are here to prevent this. A team of the greatest minds and toughest warriors, fighting to protect the world from what lies deep in the shadows. The paranormal and supernatural are everywhere, right in front of our very eyes. On a day to day basis it doesn’t affect our very normal lives apart from the odd UFO sighting and ghost sighting. The truth is quite, terrifyingly different from that normal reality. Awful, unexplained killings have been taking place for hundreds of years however it was only the last century that the British Government secretly formed an elite team of experts to deal with the more dangerous and violent threats to the British public and the rest of the world. Working closely with both MI5 and 6 as well as other secret services in the world, the URCS team are sent across the globe to eliminate supernatural threats to the unbeknownst general public. These threats include vampires, zombies, werewolves and any other monster 99% of the population believe to be works of fiction.”

I’m at uni, messing around on my computer, trying to get noticed on the web lol. I’m ill, its my 3rd week at uni and the papercuts I got two weeks ago are almost healed :)

I’m having fun at Aberystwyth, learning about biology. Next year I start the behaviour part, finally, I want to learn it now. I just hope that I can pass the first year.

Tomorrow I have to get better and do the Excel assignment. It looks hard, but I’m dreading marking someone else’s in case I do it wrong. Things are strict here at uni!

Now I’m going to try and get better, this illness is really getting to me.
